Contribute to the Research Roadmap

There are two ways to contribute to the Research Roadmap. You can be a normal "Contributor" or you can be an "Editor".

Contributor

Contributors are capable of editing and adding examples to certain content on the Research Roadmap. As a Contributor you just need to have created a login to the wiki and be logged in.

Editor

As an Editor you have got extended privileges to modify the content of the Research Roadmap. If you want to become an Editor or want to know more about this, just send an eMail. If you have created a login to the Research Roadmap Wiki already (see below), please also provide the login name in the eMail.

Please mail to this address: wiki@researchroadmap.org

Create a Login

A wiki lives from its contributors. And research by itself is a living process. If you like, we welcome your contributions of your knowledge and experience to the Research Roadmap. Even every little example from your own experience as a student, lecturer or professor are appreciated!

To prevent spam, only registered users are allowed to edit any pages. As a Contributor it is enough to be just registered and logged in to edit and add examples.

Follow these steps if you want to contribute:

  1. Create a user profile: Simply click on "Login" in the right hand navigation bar and follow the instructions.

/!\ Note: For that purpose please use a WikiName style for the user name, e. g. FirstLast

  2. If you like, create your "home page" (a new page in your name): Click onto the link on the bottom of the right hand navigation bar with your WikiName. When prompted for a new page, please choose the HomepageTemplate to get a skeleton page set up.
